I'm Samaha Sufyan, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), founder of Solace Sanctuary Counselling, and a woman who's navigated the weight of caregiving, motherhood and rebuilding after major life transitions.
With a Master's in Clinical Psychology as an internationally trained clinician, through the lens of attachment and relational healing, I recognize how unseen wounds shape our closest bonds. My own experiences around immigration and identity rebuilding fuel my trauma-informed compassion and authentic presence.
